TIPS ON TRANSFORMATION
Lead with Love

I know it seems counterintuitive to lead with love, but in truth, an open heart yields more strength than any other position you can hold. Think about it: when you lead with anger alone, there is brittleness and inflexibility in your mind, heart and body. When you hold your ground with love, there is tremendous, flexible strength and stillness in the soft heart, making it easier to stay open while holding your ground. Allowing yourself to be influenced by another’s perspective – with compassion, a human bond that allows us to understand and empathize with another person’s vulnerability – gives us more strength than any judgment, force or overpowering opinion ever will.

How can you practice cultivating the power of your heart’s strength and conviction when facing your, or your loved ones’, vulnerability today?
